We ship orders to customers within the United States and internationally. Availability of shipping options may vary based on your location.


2. Processing Time

  • Most standard items are processed within 24-48 hours after payment confirmation. Custom items may take up to 5 business days for processing.

  • Custom orders may require additional time for production. Estimated timelines for custom orders will be provided during the order process.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.


3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-5 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination (customs clearance may cause delays).

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the package. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and instructions for tracking your package. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


5. International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country’s authorities.

  • Delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

  • Nexus Box Studio is not responsible for delays caused by customs or international shipping carriers.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost Shipments: If your package does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@nexusboxstudio.com. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Stolen Shipments: Nexus Box Studio is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a description of the damage. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
