By accessing or using our website www.nexusboxstudio.com (the "Site") or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our Site or services.

2. Services Offered

Nexus Box Studio specializes in 3D printing, custom designs, and related services. All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

• Ensure that any files, designs, or materials you submit comply with applicable laws and do not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

• Use the Site for lawful purposes only.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your account.

4. Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Nexus Box Studio.

• Payment must be made at the time of placing an order unless otherwise agreed.

• We accept payments via Shopify’s payment gateway and PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to comply with their respective terms.

• Pricing is subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

5. Custom Orders

Custom orders are created based on the files and specifications provided by you. By submitting a custom order, you agree that:

• You own or have the right to use the submitted designs.

• You grant us a license to use the submitted designs solely for fulfilling your order.

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless the product is defective or we are unable to fulfill the order as agreed.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• We ship orders within the United States and internationally, as specified during checkout.

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination.

• Nexus Box Studio is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery by the carrier.

7. Returns and Refunds

• Returns and refunds are only accepted for defective or damaged products.

• Requests for returns must be made within 7 days of receiving the order.

• Custom orders are non-refundable unless due to a defect caused by Nexus Box Studio.

• To initiate a return, please contact us at support@nexusboxstudio.com with your order details and proof of defect.

8. Intellectual Property

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Nexus Box Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

• You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from our Site without our prior written permission.

• By submitting designs or files to us, you warrant that you own or have permission to use the intellectual property rights associated with those designs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexus Box Studio is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from errors, omissions, or interruptions in our services.
