Please Note: While our film rolls are 30cm (11.8") wide, the maximum printable width is 28cm (11"). We enforce a strict 1cm safety margin on the left and right edges to ensure your artwork is never clipped by the printer tracks.

Available Roll Lengths (Width is fixed at 30cm / 11.8"):

• 55cm (22") – Perfect for left-chest runs and sampling.

• 100cm (39.4" / ~3.3 ft) – The standard batch for small custom orders.

• 150cm (60" / 5 ft) – Ideal for team uniforms or family reunions.

• 300cm (120" / 10 ft) – The brand builder roll for continuous production.

• 600cm (240" / 20 ft) – Maximum yield for high-volume B2B clients.

Best of all, our premium film features Hot Peel technology. By peeling just 5 seconds after pressing, you drastically cut down application time and skyrocket your production efficiency.

How It Works:

1. Select Your Length: Choose your required length from the dropdown menu.

2. Build Your Sheet: Click the "Build Your Gang Sheet" button to open our layout tool. The builder will automatically lock you into the safe 28cm printable zone.

3. Upload & Arrange: Upload your artwork, size it, and drag it into place. We recommend leaving a 0.4-inch gap between designs for safe and easy cutting.

4. Confirm & Checkout: Once your sheet is full, confirm your design and complete your purchase. We’ll print and ship fast.

Print File Requirements (Crucial for High Quality):

• File Size Limit: Maximum 100MB per file.

• Supported Formats: PNG, JPEG, JPG, GIF, SVG, WEBP.

  • 🚨 Pro Tip: We highly recommend PNG, SVG, or WEBP formats to maintain transparency. If you upload a JPG or JPEG, any solid background (including white) WILL be printed on your film! Remove backgrounds before uploading.

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI.

• No Mirrored Images: Upload your files exactly as you want them to look. We handle the mirroring on our end.

• Line Weight: Minimum line thickness of 2 pixels (0.5mm) to ensure the adhesive powder binds correctly.

• No Semi-Transparencies: Fades, glows, or soft drop shadows will not print cleanly with a white ink underbase. Use solid colors.

Application Instructions (Hot Peel Process):

• Temp: 300°F - 320°F (150°C - 160°C)

• Time: 15 Seconds

• Pressure: Medium-Firm (60 PSI)

• Peel: WAIT 5 SECONDS, THEN PEEL HOT. Let the adhesive grab the fibers briefly, then peel in one smooth motion.

• Second Press: 10 Seconds with a Teflon sheet or parchment paper to seal the edges, maximize wash durability, and guarantee a soft, retail-ready finish.
